Creamy Homemade Ranch (Fungus Protocol Approved)

Updated: 7 days ago

My creamy ranch dressing will be your new best friend while you are on fungus protocol! I like to make my dressings on Sunday so that they're ready to use during the week!

This recipe is super simple. All you will need are the ingredients listed below and an immersion blender/blender.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 container of Miyokos Plain Vegan Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 cup hemp milk (or your nut milk of choice)

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice (if you're avoiding citrus fruits, let us know and we will tell you if this recipe is ok for your personalized nutrition plan)

  • 3 tsp dried dill (this is the star of the show, do not omit)

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (this is my favorite, high-quality, pure onion powder)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder garlic powder (almost all garlic in stores is grown in sewage in china. This is the only garlic I trust.  It is high-quality, organic, US grown garlic, and you can taste a HUGE difference)

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp sea/celtic salt

  • few dashes of pepper

DIRECTIONS

Blend all the ingredients together using an immersion blender/blender. For making dressings/sauces, I find that my immersion blender is easiest to use because it is easiest to clean.

STORAGE

Store in an airtight container and use within a week.

Enjoy and God Bless!
