5-Minute Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Dressing (Fungus Protocol Approved + DF)

This recipe is so tasty, easy and it is a great way to sneak in some nutrients into your diet!


  • 172g roasted red peppers (about 1 cup)

  • 1 small avocado, pitted

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (I use this brand)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth

  2. Enjoy immediately and/or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
