This recipe is so tasty, easy and it is a great way to sneak in some nutrients into your diet!
INGREDIENTS
172g roasted red peppers (about 1 cup)
1 small avocado, pitted
1/4 cup coconut milk (I use this brand)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 garlic clove
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth
Enjoy immediately and/or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
