SHOCKWAVE THERAPY

Shockwave Therapy, also known as AWT (Acoustic Wave Therapy), RPW (Radial Pressure Wave) , EPAT (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology) or RSWT (Radial Shockwave Therapy), utilizes sound waves to regenerate tissue and promote faster healing. It is an effective, non-invasive approach to restoring painless mobility in patients with chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions.

Shockwave Therapy is used to help repair, restore and rejuvenate muscle tissue, especially where conventional treatments were unsuccessful.

Dr. Christopher uses Shockwave Therapy, in conjunction with Applied Kinesiology, for an unparalleled approach to treat acute and chronic conditions.

IMPROVING YOUR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

More beneficial than a 90-minute therapeutic massage!

Shockwave Therapy uses sound waves to penetrate deep into tissue to break up scar tissue and adhesions, allowing for reduced pain and inflammation and increased range of motion. This is especially beneficial for reaching areas that can't typically can't be reached by most other modalities of treatment.
