Cancellation and No-Show Policies
We are committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all of our patients. To do so effectively, we reserve appointment times specifically for each individual. When an appointment is missed or changed at the last minute, it prevents us from offering that time to another patient in need of care.
48-Hour Notice Requirement
We kindly request that patients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments that are:

Cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice

Rescheduled less than 48 hours’ notice
will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.
Appointments that are:

Cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
-
Rescheduled less than 24 hours’ notice
-
Missed without notice (no-shows)
will be responsible for a cancellation fee of the total appointment cost.
Monday Appointments
Patients with appointments on Monday must be canceled/rescheduled by the end of the day, the Friday before.
Why This Policy Is Important:
Last-minute schedule changes significantly impact our office and other patients by:

Preventing other patients from accessing needed appointments

Disrupting clinical scheduling and staff planning

Reducing our ability to provide efficient, timely care
Our goal is to maintain availability for all patients and ensure fair access to care.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or missed appointments may result in:

Limited ability to schedule advance appointments

Placement on same-day scheduling only

Possible dismissal from the practice
Unpaid Fees
Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in delayed or denied scheduling of non-urgent visits.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Fees may be waived at the provider’s discretion in cases of true emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. To avoid this fee, you are welcome to pay by cash or check.
