Yeast-Free Pizza Dough (Fungus Protocol Approved)

Updated: May 8

This recipe is amazing if you're on fungus protocol and craving pizza! The best part?? It's super easy to make! Disclaimer: this is NOT gluten-free. I use Einkorn flour in this recipe. If you're avoiding gluten, or gluten-sensitive, this recipe is not for you.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup einkorn flour (I use this brand)

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk (I love this brand)

  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder (I homemade my baking powder using cream of tartar and arrowroot because traditional baking powder has aluminum in it)

  • 1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp olive oil or melted butter (for greasing pan)

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder (Almost all garlic in stores is grown in sewage in china. This is the only garlic I trust.  It is high-quality, organic, US grown garlic, and you can taste a huge difference!)

  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder this is my favorite, high-quality, pure onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Stir together all dry ingredients

  3. Add milk and stir until combined

  4. Put olive oil (or melted butter) on bottom and sides of baking pan

  5. Use hands to spread out dough onto pan

  6. When making the pizza, make the ends thicker to make a crust

  7. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes

  8. Remove from oven and add desired toppings

  9. Cook for 10-15 more minutes

  10. Enjoy!
