This fudge is so easy, and it makes the perfect gift, or even the perfect sweet treat to have around the house.
Let’s dive right in!
Mocha Fudge
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashew butter (I use this brand or just blend up my own really quick)
1/3 cup unrefined VIRGIN coconut oil (has to be virgin, I like this brand)
1/4 cup lightly sweetened chocolate chips (I like the JustDate Chocolate Chips found at most health food stores because they’re sweetened with dates instead of cane sugar)
3 tbsp pure maple syrup (I like the Costco brand or this brand)
Directions:
Melt the coconut oil with the chocolate until fully melted, then set aside - stir constantly so that it doesn’t burn!
In a bowl, add the cashew butter, coconut oil/chocolate mixture, and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Put it in the freezer for 6 hours to allow it to set.
Once set, slice and enjoy! I like to wrap mine in parchment paper and ribbon and give as gifts.
Store in the freezer!
Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1 cup organic peanut butter (I like the Costco brand or this brand)
1/3 cup unrefined coconut oil ( I like this brand)

Directions:
Melt the coconut oil until fully melted.
In a bowl, add the peanut butter butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Put it in the freezer for 6 hours to allow it to set.
Once set, slice and enjoy! I like to wrap mine in parchment paper and ribbon and give as gifts.
