My good friend/sister, Meagan, created this recipe. So, shoutout to Meagan for creating and sharing this amazing recipe with us! This recipe is so easy to make and so rewarding!
This recipe is also fungus protocol approved and dairy-free.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw, boiled cashews or soaked overnight (these are the least expensive, organic, raw cashews that I’ve found)
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2 medium cucumber grated
2 tbsp of chopped dill
DIRECTIONS
Blend cashews, lemon juice, water and garlic in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes until creamy
Add in cucumber and dill, mix together.
