My Favorite Macadamia Pesto (Fungus Protocol Approved)

This is my favorite pesto that I’ve ever made, hands down. This works amazing as a pasta sauce, in quinoa, on rice and even on turkey burgers (it works like a pesto aoili on burgers)!


  • 2 1/2 cups fresh basil

  • 1 cup coconut milk full fat (I love this brand)

  • 1 1/2 cups dry roasted, sea salted macadamia nuts (I get mine from Costco in bulk)

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 3 organic garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp bamboo xylose (sold exclusively in the office)


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender

  2. Enjoy immediately or keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 days
