Dairy-Free Strawberry Milk (Great for the kiddos!)

Updated: May 8

Ahhh, the taste of fresh strawberry milk! It transports me right back to childhood!

I created this recipe to give you and your kiddos a sweet treat, especially if on fungus protocol/avoiding dairy :)

MAKES: A little over 32 oz. I used these jars from Amazon and I love them!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups organic, frozen strawberries (I used the frozen strawberries from Sam’s Club because they’re the tastiest)

  • 1/2 cup organic hemp seeds (I get mine from Costco but I absolutely love this brand for all nuts and seeds)

  • 3.5 cups filtered water

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (I love this brand) or 2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp bamboo xylose (exclusively sold in house)

Optional: Add 1/2 tsp of organic beetroot powder to pink this even more pink!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender (1-2 minutes or until completely blended)

  2. Strain through a mesh strainer 2 times

  3. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy within 3-4 days

God Bless!
