Crispy Einkorn Crackers (Fungus Protocol Approved)

Looking for the perfect cracker? Look no further! My yummy crackers are so light, crispy and flavorful! Disclaimer,: these contain gluten. Do not consume if you're avoiding gluten.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup of Einkorn all-purpose flour. I use this brand. (I know this sounds like an odd measurement. It definitely is. But I promise, it works haha)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tbsp garlic powder (almost all garlic in stores is grown in sewage in china. This is the only garlic I trust. It is high-quality, organic, US grown garlic, and you can taste a huge difference!)

  • 1/4 tbsp onion powder (this is my favorite, high-quality, pure onion powder)

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (I love this brand)

  • 1/2 tbsp ghee (for greasing pan)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix

  3. Add in coconut milk and mix until a dough is formed

  4. Spread of ghee onto baking pan

  5. Spread dough out thinly onto baking pan

  6. Bake for 15 minutes

  7. Let cool

  8. Once cooled, break into cracker pieces

  9. Enjoy!
