Creamy Southwest Sauce - You’ll put this on everything! (Fungus Protocol Approved)

I made this sauce to put on our tacos and I am pretty obsessed with it. I put it on everything! It’s great on turkey burgers, tacos, Buddha bowls, burritos, etc. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make! I hope you love it as much as we do. 🤍

This recipe is fungus protocol approved and oil-free.


  • 2 tbsp lime juice (if we have asked you to avoid citrus, please ask us. You may still be able to have this depending on your specific protocol)

  • 3/4 tsp organic garlic powder (almost all garlic in stores is grown in sewage in china. This is the only garlic I trust.  It is high-quality, organic, US grown garlic, and you can taste a HUGE difference)

  • 3/4 tsp organic onion powder (this is my favorite, high-quality, pure onion powder)

  • 3/4 tsp organic chili powder

  • 1 cup dry roasted with sea salt macadamia nuts (I get the big bags at Costco to save on money)

  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (I use this brand)


  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!
