This is such a simple, flavor-packed dressing. It is perfect for salads! I specifically love putting it on my kale salads.
INGREDIENTS:
8 Ounces Feta Cheese
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk. TIP: If you want a thinner dressing, use 3/4 cup of coconut milk (I love this brand)
1 lemon, juiced – this is about 3 tablespoons
2 cloves of garlic
DIRECTIONS:
In a high speed blender, blend all of the above ingredients together.
