This chocolate chia seed pudding will be your next favorite go-to when you have a sweet tooth! It is so chocolatey, it tastes like you’re eating a fudgy brownie.
This is fungus protocol approved.
YIELD: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut milk (I love this brand)
1/4 cup chia seeds (if you don’t have a Costco membership, these are the least expensive, organic, I’ve found)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I love this brand)
2 tbsp bamboo xylose (sold exclusively in the office)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (I use this brand)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together on a stovetop over medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid clumping.
Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
Optional tip: I like to make extra and put in mason jars and store in the fridge for easy grab-n-go breakfasts during the week.
