Egg Mix

AVOID: 

 

YOU MAY NOT EAT OR TOUCH the following for at least 25 hours after treatment: eggs, chicken, Tetracycline, Ovomucin, Lysozyme and feathers. 

​

Avoid all foods containing these, such as: breads, broths, cakes, cookies, crackers, custard, foods fried in egg batter, foods baked with eggs, mayonnaise, pancakes, pastries, pies, protein drinks made with eggs, pudding, salad dressings, soups, thick sauces, and vitamins with egg components (eggshell membrane supplements). 

Avoid touching or coming five feet in distance from: birds, hair shampoo/conditioner with egg product, skin products with egg components.

Avoid products made from feathers, such as: arts and crafts work with feathers, feather book marks, clothing with feathers, circuit boards, dishes with feather decor, down comforters, feather baskets, feather dusters, feather fans, feather jackets, feather pillows, and any other items that contain feathers.

REPLACEMENTS:

Instead, you may eat: Cooked or roasted dried beans: adzuki beans, black beans, cannellini beans, chickpeas, fava beans, garbanzo beans, green peas, kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, mung beans, pinto beans and yellow split peas; Fruits: apples, apricot, banana, blackberries, blue berries, cheries, cran-berries, grapefruits, grapes, lemons, mango, melons, nectarines, oranges, papaya, peaches, pineapple, plantain, plums, pomegranate, raisins, raspberries and strawberries; Grains, seeds and products: all-purpose flour, almond flour, amaranth flour, arrow root flour, barley, bean thread noodles, besan flour, brown rice, buckwheat flour (kasha), bulgur, cellophane noodles, corn, Couscous, cracked wheat, farro, flax seed flour, kamut, millet, oat, pancakes and waffles made with imitation eggs, pasta without eggs, quinoa, rice noodles, sago, shirataki noodles, Soba noodles, sorghum, spelt, teft, white rice, whole wheat, wild rice, idli, (idli: steamed rice cakes made from white rice and black beans); dosa, (dosa: pancakes made from white rice and black beans are staple food for Indians from India). Meat: bacon, beef, bison, elk, ham, imitation eggs, lamb, pork, turkey, fish and shellfish; Milk products: butter, cheeses, cream, ghee, half and half, milk powder, and yogurt; Nuts: almonds, Brazil nut, cashews, corn nuts, filberts, peanuts, pecan, pine nuts, pistachio nuts, walnut; Seeds: amaranth, buckwheat, basil seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, melon seeds, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Vegetables: artichoke, arugula, asparagus, avocado, beets, Bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, collard greens, cucumber, dandelion greens, French fries, golden potatoes, green beans, green peas, jicama, kale, kohlrabi, konjac root, lettuce, leeks, mushrooms, mustard greens, onion, parsnip, peppers, pumpkin, purple potatoes, radish, rutabaga, salads, spinach, squash, sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, taro, tomatillo, tomatoes, turnip, water chestnut, water cress, white potato, winter melon, zucchini; Vegetable fats and oils: avocado oil, coconut oil, oil and vinegar salad dressing, Lard, olive oil, omega-3 fatty acids; Drinks: coffee, fermented drinks, flavored water, fruit juice, milk, purified water, soft drinks, tea with or without milk or cream or sugar, vegetable juice, vegetable or fruit smoothies, vegetable protein drinks and drinks made from yogurt.
