Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic nutrition is a natural approach to achieving balance through the foods we eat and drink. To stay as healthy as possible and to maintain balance, we should be eating a diet of primarily fruits and vegetables. In fact, the recommended diet should be 90% fruits and vegetables.

According to a major new analysis by the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD) published in The Lancet, found that over 95% of the world’s population has health problems, with over a third having more than five ailments . This world has people trained to think that suffering with these issues is normal, claiming it is a “part of life” or “in their genetic makeup”, and that they must take medications (that usually spawn their own side-effects) to make the original symptoms go away.
So, why? Why are so many people suffering from these debilitating diseases?
This is not how it has to be. The answer starts with the foods we choose to eat and drink. This is something many people don’t realize.

Dr. Chris and Holistic Health Coach, Taylor, are here to help you transform your health and wellness. Taylor and Dr. Chris work together to help you truly understand your own body and come up with a nutrition plan that works best for you and your health goals.
One of the many benefits to working with Dr. Chris is his ability to provide nutritional testing. As an example, you may have an issue with chronic fatigue. Most times, this can be corrected with a change in diet. However, certain medications you may be taking make it harder for your body to absorb certain nutrients. With advanced blood work and nutritional testing, Dr. Chris is able to get a comprehensive understanding of which nutrients you’re deficient in, so that you can take the appropriate supplements and make the necessary changes.
