Vitamin C Mix

AVOID:
You must avoid: all fruit, vegetable and/or fruit juices, red, green or yellow capsicum, chili peppers, black currents, vegetables, leafy vegetables, fresh spices, thyme, parsley, mustard spinach, kale, broccoli, brussels sprouts, tamarind, sprouts, tomatoes, flavored drinks fortified with vitamin C, soft drinks, sauces, ketchup, salad dressings, vinegar, tomato sauce, Tabasco sauce, milk, artificial sweeteners, rose hips, vitamin C supplements, body lotions, cosmetics, hand soap, body soap, detergents, shampoos, hair conditioners that contain vitamin C products like citric acid, lime, lemon scented, etc. Avoid foods and drinks that contain vitamin C or its derivatives. Avoid grasses, plants, trees, bushes, weeds, flowers, walking in the gardens, sitting under fruit trees, etc. Read the labels!
REPLACEMENTS:
Instead, you may eat: cooked white or brown rice, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, all pasta and noodles without sauce bean thread noodles, shirataki noodles, soba noodles, pancake made from buckwheat, idli, dosa, white or whole grain or wheat pasta without sauce, cooked dried beans, lentils, overcooked vegetables (over cooking will take away or reduce vitamin C significantly), boiled or baked konjac root, boiled or poached eggs, baked or broiled chicken, fish, cooked red meat, turkey, dark toast, hot dogs, deep fried food, French fries, baked or cooked white and sweet potato without sour cream or sauces, cheeses, chicken fries or nuggets without sauce or ketchup, salt, any nut oils, clarified butter (ghee), white sugar, water, and coffee without fresh milk. Boiled, cooled milk is ok. Less than 2% on the label is ok. Read the label.
