Calcium Mix

AVOID:
YOU MAY NOT EAT OR TOUCH THE FOLLOWING FOR AT LEAST 25 HOURS: Egg shell supplements; milk products: breast milk, butter, cheeses, cow's milk, goat milk, milk from other sources, tofu, whey protein and yogurt. Vegetables: salads, uncooked vegetables, dark leafy vegetables: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collard greens, dandelion greens, Kale, lettuce, rhubarb, spinach; oat; Seeds: amaranth, basil seeds, celery seeds, chia seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds; Beans: dried beans, edamame, green peas, lentils, navy beans, soybeans, split peas; nuts: almonds, Brazil nut, cashew nuts, peanuts, pecan, sunflower seeds, walnuts; sea foods, canned salmon, sardines; dried fruits: figs; fortified foods: grain-based foods, breads, cereals, crackers, tortilla chips; drinks: fortified non-dairy milk, orange juice, other juices and drinks fortified with calcium, calcium supplements and multivitamin-mineral supplements. Avoid touching the whole egg. If the egg white and egg yolk separated from egg shell by someone else (or separate them and cook them before going in for treatment), then you may eat cooked egg.

Use distilled water or Berkey water to wash hands, face, for brushing teeth, etc., as they do not have calcium.
Avoid using toothpaste for 25 hours.
If the food label says the food contains less than 2% calcium, then usually it is ok.

REPLACEMENTS:

INSTEAD, YOU MAY EAT OR USE: artichoke hearts packed in water or marinated, Grains: quinoa, rice, pasta, rice noodles. Beans (must be well-cooked in calcium-free water*) black beans, bean thread noodles, green beans, green lentils. Vegetables (must be well-cooked in calcium-free water*): carrots, cauliflower, corn, shirataki noodles, sweet potato, white potato and yam. Fruits: dried cranberries. Sugars and artificial sweeteners: Stevia and white sugar. Meat: bacon, beef, canned chicken liver pate, chicken wings without breading, chicken meat without bones, egg white, egg yolk, red meat and turkey. Vegetable fats and products: avocado oil, coconut oil, oil and vinegar salad dressing, olive oil, omega-3 fatty acids; Drinks: calcium-free water, coffee with no milk, low calorie or calorie-free carbonated beverages, reduced-calorie gelatin desserts, regular black tea with no milk and herbal teas and flavored water with no calcium. Read the labels.
*Cooked vegetables may contain a small amount of calcium, but once it is well cooked, they don't seem to cause treatment failure.

Use coconut oil to coconut pull instead of brushing teeth.
