World's Best (Healthy) Chocolate Chip Cookie

Have you ever made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and found yourself unable to put them down? Before you know it, you look down and half of the batch is gone! You realize how much you have ate and you're filled with "eaters remorse". Well, we have a solution for you! Below is a recipe for the PERFECT chocolate chip cookies that won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards! Give these a whirl! :)
Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6-12 cookies (depending on size)
Ingredients:
1 cup of gluten free flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of organic coconut sugar
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp of almond milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Form into balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet
4. Bake for 11 minutes on the center rack
