Our Signature Dairy-Free Cashew Truffle Sauce (Perfect for pasta and pizza!)

Ingredients Servings: 4-6 9.5 oz bag of raw, unsalted cashews 2 cloves minced garlic (use hing if you can't have garlic) 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 3 tablespoons truffle oil (be careful which oil you choose. many are artificially flavored. We recommend "Truff" (found on Amazon). 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup veggie broth (use filtered water if you can't have onion/garlic/certain vegetables) 1/2 cup filtered water Dash of black pepper Juice from 1/2 lemon



Directions Boil cashews for 20 minutes (or until tender) Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth Remove and serve on pasta/pizza of your choice!
